By downloading, installing, or using Reinvesty Dividend AI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Reinvesty is a dividend portfolio tracking and AI research application. The App allows you to:
All research content, analysis, and suggestions are generated for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.
The AI-generated research notes, quarterly analysis, reinvestment suggestions, and all other content produced by Reinvesty are informational tools only. They are not tailored to your individual financial situation, risk tolerance, or investment objectives. Past performance data shown in the App does not guarantee future results.
Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decision. We are not registered investment advisors, broker-dealers, or financial planners.
Free tier. Free accounts may track up to three holdings. AI research features require a paid subscription.
Paid plans. Reinvesty Pro is available as a monthly or yearly subscription, purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Auto-renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your App Store or Google Play account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Managing and cancelling. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
Refunds. All purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Refund requests are subject to their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.
Price changes. We may change subscription prices with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at kyled@beaconlightinvestments.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
You agree to provide accurate information when entering holdings data and not to use the App for any unlawful purpose.
Market data, dividends, financial metrics, and company information displayed in the App are sourced from third-party providers. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. Do not rely on it as the sole basis for any investment decision.
The App, its design, code, and AI-generated content are owned by Reinvesty. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Reinvesty and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to financial losses, loss of data, or loss of profits arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
